    This was easy and pretty good, but not necessarily something I’d make again, which may have been down to a few mods (double regular paprika since I ran out of hot, about 2/3 a stick of butter instead of the whole thing). The lentil sauce was really nice, but I’d almost like it better as a stew. I used a pound of pasta and wouldn’t have wanted the recipe’s 1.5; the ratio seemed fine as is.
