    OMG, so gut! Das erste Mal, dass ich Pastéis probiert und gebacken habe. Direkt zwei verdrückt. Habe nichts verändert, außer Vanille-Extrakt statt einer Schote verwendet. Geschmacklich perfekt, ich hatte nur Probleme, die Küchlein sauber aus der Muffinform zu bekommen, da der Zucker im Teig und die Eiermasse etwas fest gebacken ist. Das nächste Mal werde ich versuchen, die Pastéis in Silikonförmchen zu backen.
