    Yummy, quick, and easy - good, basic recipe, very adaptable. I used 1 cup orzo, 2 cups broth, shallot instead of onion, 7 oz artichoke hearts, 10 oz spinach. Used chicken breast, so cooked it much less before adding the alliums. Included the lemon zest and juice, added more parmesan, plus a splash of cream.
