    Very lemony, bright tasting salad, quite delicious! Made without substitutions or additions but bacon was omitted. The salad sat at room temp for about 30-35 minutes before serving which made the arugula quite limp; I think next time adding the arugula right before serving might be a better choice. This would be really nice for a picnic or potluck.
