Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Simple and delicious. I added a tiny bit of mayo (but not much) to the tuna, the oily dressing gave it the moisture it needed. Served this over rocket as part of a quick lunch.

This salad is a family favorite. It's the perfect salad to add some protein to an Italian meal, goes well with almost any pasta and is an excellent leftover that my kids enjoy in their lunchbox. I like this version so much better than others made with cannellini beans.
