Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Swapped in avocado oil for vegan butter, though a little less than the amount of vegan butter that was called for. I weighed all-purpose flour in at 140 g/1 cup, and still had quite a sticky dough so I added about 20 g of flour while kneading in a stand mixer. Took it out when it started to pull away from the sides and passed the windowpane test. Unfortunately even after the first rise it seemed I still had quite a slack dough, so it was hard to shape into balls. I ended up using a bowl scraper to help me form taut balls for a good second rise. Baked up just fine and turned out well in the end, but I will definitely seek out vegan butter to see if it makes a significant difference.
