    I was curious to try this as it doesn't contain refined sugar, relying mainly on pureed raisins. Unfortunately I didn't love the flavor in this bread (unlike in Nancy Silverton's bran muffins, where I do enjoy the pureed raisins). The texture was a little heavy too, and I definitely baked the loaf to over 200 F - which took a full 90 minutes. My family ate it, but I won't make it again. Note: I needed 2.5 carrots to equal 145 g.
