    Can substitute sweetener of choice for sugar, and red miso for white miso.

    We didn’t think the dressing was cery flavorful. Consider using soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, and white pepper instead. Oil temp needs to be higher (about 360F) for rice noodles.
