    I made this as a fast recipe for a 5:2 diet fasting day. Added a little more cauliflower and yoghurt (I used normal natural yoghurt) to bring it up to about 300 calories. It really benefits from the extra yoghurt because without it it's a bit dry. But otherwise, this is a tasty and filling dish, the red onions bring a lovely sweetness. I didn't add any cauliflower leaves as the ones on my cauliflower were all pretty manky. Don't skimp on the coriander/lemon drizzle (especially since it's basically calorie free), I didn't end up with enough. And add plenty of salt.
