    Can substitute ground lamb for boneless skinless chicken thighs, and red Romano peppers or red bell peppers for capia peppers. Marinate boneless skinless chicken thighs for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. See page 203 for an air-fryer variation.

    We made these using turkey mince, like a cross between tepsi kebabs and kofta. Definitely a repeat, especially since I was too hungry to take a photo.
