Dried chickpeas require soaking at least 6 hours or up to overnight. Can substitute cherry tomatoes for Roma tomatoes, pitas for wraps bread, and pickled turnips for pickled peppers. Can use the "Pink pickled turnips and beets" recipe on page 249. See recipe for sauce suggestions.
