Can substitute sunflower oil for vegetable oil, Vietnamese baguette bread for crusty rolls, gherkins for kimchi, Dijon mustard for English mustard, marmalade or apricot jam for ginger preserves, natural yogurt for coconut yogurt, and vegetarian fish sauce for regular fish sauce.
