    Great recipe! Substitute glace cherries and slivered almonds, or ginger pieces, or use coffee flavored condensed milk and a tablespoon of coffee liqueur etc etc. Variations only limited by your imagination.

    Love this fudge. I've had people say it is the best fudge they've ever had. I sub walnuts.

    p338. I halved the butter - probably no point adding it at all though! I used the fridge not the freezer to cool the fudge and it turned out nice and creamy.
