    This was so simple to make and really delicious. The best summer tomatoes are essential and we were lucky enough to have some beauties from the garden. I brushed slices of baguette with olive oil and baked them in the toaster oven for about 8 minutes, flipping them halfway through. I chose basil and chives to sprinkle top. Great with cocktails out on the patio!
