Can substitute olive oil for vegetable oil, dark soy sauce for regular soy sauce, honey for granulated sugar, yellow bell peppers or red bell peppers for orange bell peppers, dried red pepper flakes for dried red chiles, and broccoli stems or kohlrabi for celery.
