    For me there was plenty of flavour because the curry paste we used was very powerful. I also like the edamame, beans, and peas as I found they made for a lovely colour and texture. I will say that I found it too soupy and ended up thickening. I am finding that this is often the case with recipes in this book.

    It is relatively quick but suffers for that from not having much depth of flavor. Though it would have been better with less liquid and probably had a better flavor if my green curry paste had been fresher.
