    We added chickpeas, tomatoes and corn to it this time sinc I can't have peppers. . The spices are really delcious (This time we added a 1/2 tunisian cous cous spice mix & 1/2 paprika)

    We have cooked this quite a few times and it is very nice. Holds well so is great for lunches or a picnic.
