    Really tasty. I didn't grate the onion, just chopped it finely, and skipped the gochugaru (didn't have). Using TJ's gochujang, this just had a bit of spice. The sauce was rather thin, maybe because I used chicken breast, so didn't simmer it that long - might thicken with cornstarch next time. I added some spinach with the chicken and served over rice.
