    Very good; tried them out as a candidate for Christmas cookie trays this year. A bit different, a tad herbal as you might imagine. I may have over-processed the basil with the sugar, but the cookies were a nice very pale green color. Used about 12 or so basil leaves (not 15). Made the following changes: 1. Confectioner's sugar - sifted it before rolling balls 2. Each dough ball was 1/2 ounce 3. Baked cookies for 17+ min and they were still chewy
