    I loved the flavor of the shawarma filling. However, I'm not sure I'm a fan of the meatloaf like texture and found it a bit dry. I prefer my stuffed peppers to have a loose pre-cooked meat style filling. I think I'll keep the flavor profile and play around with this to make it more to my liking. Did not make the sauce, and it definitely needs a sauce, so I made a tahini sauce recipe from my Cooking Light Global Kitchen cookbook.
