    Love fresh sardines, but they can be very heavy if you eat too many. This recipe uses mini papadams instead of croutons and prosciutto instead of bacon. The sardines are crumbed with breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley. Very simple to make and just delicious!!

    This is one of those salads that everyone seems to have their own way to prepare it. I usually make a big salad instead of individual ones, and the sides vary from fish to chicken to meat.... depending of what I have in the fridge. But what really makes this salad for me, it's the dressing. Just sooo delicious!
