Can substitute other greens for pak choi, and boneless skinless chicken thigh pieces marinated in a mixture of oyster sauce and sesame oil for Chinese sausages.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Didn't have any Chinese sausage so used chicken marinated in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, shaoxing wine and sesame oil. The technique to fry garlic and the rice in oil before adding the broth/other ingredients resulted in the yummy charred rice that characterizes this dish :D
