    This is a really quick and tasty meal, simple to prep and very ‘takeaway’ in looks and flavour. I used red and green peppers and onions and about half of a supermarket bag of stir fry veg (with cabbage, beansprouts etc) and gave the whole thing another few mins in the air fryer once the noodles had gone in. Smells amazing. Have made this three times now and it’s a family favourite.
