    Really nice & tasty. Easy too. If I had to make a slight criticism I would use roasted garlic or at least grate it fine as I made the mistake of leaving it a bit chunky & it tasted slightly raw - although didn't impede my enjoyment of it! I did it with fried spuds but would probably have been nice with pasta too.
