    Allow to marinate for at least 3 hours, and ideally overnight. Can substitute butter for ghee.

    This was nice, but came out a bit dry.. Perhaps my slow cooker is hotter than hers, might have to do some experimenting... Did 3.5 hours on high, perhaps next time try the medium setting instead
