    This is a great cake. Very quick and easy to make but with a result that is impressive and special dinner-worthy. The ground almonds and amaretti cookies give an intense almond flavor which the raspberries and dark chocolate complement well. The crunch from the amaretti crumbs is great. A repeat for me.
