Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    What makes this work is the caramel on the bottom which adds a nice complexity. Unfortunately, I had a screw-up and forgot to add the sugar to the custard. But it was still very good. Much better after sitting overnight in the fridge, in my opinion. 3.75/5
