    Good weeknight meal. Husband really liked it. Would use extra thyme. Used Gluten Free breadcrumbs. Be generous with the salt and pepper if not using saltines. Needed additional water for the rice. Healthy and good without being heavy. Maybe try with 9 tomatoes as there is leftover meat mixture. We ate 3 tomatoes per person. Would redo.
