    Loved the crunch and flavors of this salad!

    This was yummy and refreshing. Probably won't make it again unless I am able to buy already shredded Brussels bc it's too much work and too messy otherwise. Added feta and avocado. Served with hot honey air-fried chicken for T and hot honey salmon for me.
