    Yummy. I made these in the bottom of my air fryer on bake/roast so I don't think they were as thin as the recipe specifies, but they were still delicious that way - the base has a really nice flakiness. I served these with dip but they're flavourful enough to work on their own. (It's also good to find a use for the huge bag of chickpea flour lurking in my cupboard.) A definite repeat.
