    This was excellent - a big winner for me! I used homecooked black beans (including the broth), fresh corn (two ears, which yield around double of what the recipe called for), and about 3.5 chipotle peppers. Usually during my luteal, I am insatiable, but this soup filled me up nicely. I usually crave chips and the like during my luteal, for the saltiness, but can go overboard on them if I'm not careful. The fact that the tortilla chips were integrated into the soup itself satiated the craving while keeping it under control.
