    Very Good! Very simple. Throw it in a pot and bake. * Used veal shank instead of pork. * Added a leek since it was on-hand. * Added one bay leaf. * Used Sauvignon Blanc in place of red wine. * Used boxed chicken stock * Skipped the last two cups of stock * Strained and reduced pan sauce * Skipped the butter * Added cornstarch slurry
