    Was a hit! Made as a main dish. Used 1 pound of lamb. Added extra okra and tomatoes. Make 1.5-2x spice mix. Used a little jalapeño instead of Fresno chili because we don’t like it spicy. Don’t really need any chili. Serve with rice. Definitely a redo. Would try making the spice paste in a mini food processor next time.
