Can substitute tofu puffs for firm tofu, potato starch for cornstarch, brown miso for doenjang, maple syrup for date syrup, cashew butter or almond butter for peanut butter, vegan red curry paste (to make vegan) for red curry paste and firm tofu for mock chicken. The recipe's name changed went the book went to publication - so the EYBD Preview recipe is correct.
