    This was good! Long process with a lot of steps but definitely tasty!

    Made this as written and the whole family was blown away. As usual w/ CI recipes there are a number of steps but it's quite hands off for the most part. I did leave it in the oven a bit long so the meat shredded rather than sliced but it was absolutly wonderful. Do not leave the onions or two sauces off, they are vital!
