Seasoned soybean sprouts (Kongnamul muchim) from Umma - A Korean Mom's Kitchen Wisdom and 100 Family Recipes (page 51) by America's Test Kitchen and Sarah Ahn and Nam Soon Ahn

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Nice balance of flavors. Made it without the imitation crab because I have a kid who hates it. Definitely will keep using this recipe.

This banchan tastes just like the one you can get at restaurants. A little more inconvenient to make than some other banchan - have to drain the sprouts at least an hour, and you cannot make it in advance or save it for other days - but it tastes good. The imitation crab isn’t necessary to add.
