    These are fantastic, I really enjoyed the creaminess of the potatoes and the flavor profile. I would like to make them a bit spicier next time and lessen the sweetness, but overall, excellent side dish.

    Good, simple side of potatoes! Doubled the recipe since the bag of potatoes was exactly 2x what the recipe called for. I wanted a bit more heat so when I have the leftovers, I’ll add more gochugaru. Had this with some oven-roasted salmon.

    its great!! this is less sweet than what i’m used to but its easy to adjust. I wish i doubled the recipe cuz this disappears fast on the table ??
