    Did not boil hotdogs. Followed recipe with inion, red, yellow and brown peppers. Sauce was truffle ketchup, Hawaiian BBQ soy based sauce, ginger, garlic and gochujang. Family loved it!

    I wasn't super impressed with this, although I think I would like it a bit more with a different type of sausage, like kielbasa. I decided to increase the vegetables in adding mushrooms and spinach, which tasted great. Next time, I would try a different sausage and a few other vegetables along with more peppers.

    Easy to make and delicious. Didn’t blanch the hot dogs, minced the ginger instead of grating, and used the full peppers and onions. Would make this again.
