    Delicious! My husband and I loved it. Found “Korean pork capicola” at the Asian grocery store and it was a good enough sub for boneless pork neck. I have a hot spot on the main burner of my stove and the juice burned pretty quickly, but everything still tasted incredible. Definitely one of the best dishes I’ve tried from this book so far.
