Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These pancakes were great. Skipped the perilla leaves and Fresno chiles, but was still delicious without them. Did include the surimi, but don’t think it’s really necessary. Made 10-11 pancakes.

    My photo is terrible, but the dish was great! Halved the recipe, and it made a good amount. Dasida powder really comes through, and it’s good, but a little goes a long way.
