    These were fabulous! I might’ve used a little bit more potato and I used America’s Test Kitchen’s method for mashed potatoes where you steam them for 10 minutes, rinse off the starch and steam again for 10 minutes. They might’ve needed a little bit longer because there were some new little tiny texture issues. It also took me a little longer to roast the garlic than the recipe called for. But the flavor was fantastic and my very picky husband said they were the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever made. Will definitely be making again!
