    This version of chocolate ice cream won the approval of the ice cream hound AND helped use up some ingredients that had been hanging around. I will admit that "lower fat" probably doesn't mean that much when you consider the amount of sugar. It has a rich flavour and very smooth texture. Success number 3 from this book!
