    I'm sure I used more vegetables as I thinly sliced 1/2 cabbage by hand and shredded a large carrot, rather than using slaw mix. Consequently, it needed extra seasoning. Still, it was on the bland side, so we topped our bowls with more soy sauce, plus chili crisp and chopped peanuts. Very quick and easy, so I'd consider making it again, boosting the seasoning and maybe thickening the sauce.
