    I really enjoyed this recipe. Since it was part of a buffet, I ended up cutting the sausages into pieces. If I served this for dinner, I would leave them whole. Really different recipe for the cold weather. I will make this at least one more time before winter is over, but I would cut down on the number of potatoes or increase the sausages.
