    As I began prep for this recipe, it became clear to me there is an error here and bone-in, skin-on thighs was the intended protein for this dish. 60-75 minutes in the oven for boneless, skinless chicken thighs would be way too long, plus the picture depicts skin on chicken. I had to make many tweaks to make this work, and in the end everyone liked it but I obviously won't be following this recipe again.

    This was good! Next time I will use chicken thighs with skin so the chicken gets really crispy on top.
