See recipe for quick pickled onions p. 208. Can substitute fusilli or penne for rotini, cannellini beans for kidney beans, red wine vinegar for white wine vinegar, and agave nectar for maple syrup.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Really great salad. Took in for a potluck. Made with gluten free pasta do everyone could eat it. It was a huge hit and I got multiple requests for the recipe. Super quick and cheap too. I used canned green beans which worked well
