    Wanted to love this more than I did. Wish it had a little more flavor. The sauce totally made the dish though.

    Fave! Every part was so flavorful. Unfortunately trying to cook the rice in the instant pot caused a little burning on the bottom. Coconut milk does not count as fluid for cooking, still needs the water.
