    I had some grilled steak leftover so used that as the starting point for this salad. Reheated it by lightly sautéing in the olive oil with garlic and red pepper flakes. Did the rest of the recipe as written. Very nice but next time would use less of the red pepper as it was a bit strong once the balsamic was added and tossed with the spicy arugula. The shaved Parmesan helped to balance the flavors but still packs a flavor punch.
