    Excellent dinner, did it over pappardelle. Only eating a 4/5 because I forgot the white wine vinegar at the end so I want to leave room to adjust should it be that much better the next time. Sauce is very flavorful, I used full can of anchovies and did not pat dry, added a little of their oil into it. For those who might not be into anchovies, you do not taste them at all but they add a nice richness to the dish.
