Almond croissant milk bread from King Arthur Baking

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious bread, welI worth the time spent to make it. I skipped the confectioner's sugar dusting, used turbinado sugar instead of the Swedish pearl. It is a long process but not difficult at all, the dough has to be refrigerated overnight. I took it out while preparing the filling and the dough was easy to work with, no extra flour was needed to roll it out and the filling was also easy to spread and no leakage possible. It did take me about 3 minutes more than the maximum time to bake as couple spots took a while to reach 200 degrees.
